Welcome to my world of yoga and mindfulness. I'm Davina, a certified yoga instructor passionate about helping others discover the transformative power of mindful movement and breath awareness.
I believe that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, flexibility, or experience level. My teaching philosophy centers on creating a safe, inclusive space where students can explore their practice without judgment, honoring their body's wisdom and limitations.

Meditative practice with poses held for 3-5 minutes. Deep stretching that targets connective tissues and promotes inner stillness.
Specially designed for expecting mothers. Gentle movements to support pregnancy wellness and prepare for childbirth.
Booking and cancellations can be made at Samya Studios. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.
